Kids Club keeps families connected and engaged between visits — so when treatment day comes, choosing your practice is a no-brainer.
What is Kids Club
Most families leave their child's first orthodontic consultation with one instruction: come back in a few months. No urgency, no connection, no reason to choose you over the practice down the street. Life gets busy, and that initial excitement fades fast.
Kids Club exists to close that gap. It keeps observation patients — kids who aren't ready for treatment yet — actively connected to your practice between visits. So when treatment day finally arrives, it doesn't feel like a big decision. It feels like the obvious next step with a practice they already love.
What Kids Club members experience
From the moment a child is enrolled, they're not just a patient — they're a member. That means earning points and rewards for showing up, getting recognized on their birthday, entering contests, completing fun activities, and watching their progress grow. For younger kids especially, feeling seen and celebrated shapes how they think about orthodontic care for years to come.
What your practice gets
Kids Club solves one of the quietest challenges in orthodontics: what to do with observation patients in a way that actually works. Without it, families can drift — to another practice, or simply out of the habit of coming back.
With Kids Club and the Hub running together, communications go out automatically, rewards are tracked without manual effort, birthdays get acknowledged on schedule, and contests run on a pre-built calendar. Your practice stays present and personal — without anyone reinventing the wheel every month.
It also gives families something worth talking about. Kids ask to come in. Parents post about it. A well-run Kids Club becomes part of your practice's identity in the community, and that reputation compounds over time.
How to set it up
- Create a group and apply the Kids Club tag. Tag each observation patient inside the Hub. Already have a list? Reach out and we can apply tags in bulk.
- Enroll observation patients after each consultation. These are typically younger patients who aren't yet ready to begin treatment. Add them right after their appointment.
- Set up ongoing engagement for your Kids Club members, including:
- Keep adding new patients consistently. As new observation patients come in, add them to Kids Club straight away so they're part of the experience from day one.
💡 Best practice: Introduce Kids Club to families before they leave their consultation appointment. When they understand the value and are excited before they walk out the door, engagement starts immediately.
What lives inside the Hub
