Looking for enhanced ways to manage your member list in the Hub? In this article, you'll learn how to sort your members by tag, birthday, registration status, and more. You'll also learn how to complete bulk actions. Let's get started.
Member page
Click the Members tab in the top left corner of your Hub. You’ll then be directed to the Members table.
The table includes sections such as Tags, Groups, Birthday, Last Login, and Registration Status.
You can use the search bar to find specific people by name, username, or email.
(Please note: if your search contains a member who is a part of a linked family, it will show all members of that linked family even if they don't meet the specific criteria of your search parameters.)
By clicking the 3 bars to the right, you can add or hide columns based on your viewing preference.
Adding Filters
Adding filters to your search enables you to create specific segments. For instance, if you want to view only unregistered members, you can easily apply a filter to do so. You can click Filter → Registration Status → Is Not → Registered. Click Apply to see results.
You can add as many filters as needed. For instance, you might search for everyone tagged as "Orthodontic Patient" who is also registered.
When you select AND, only results that match all the chosen filter criteria will be displayed. This option is ideal when you need all conditions to be met simultaneously. When you select OR, results that meet any of the filter criteria will appear.
You may also filter certain items by a specific date or a date range. For example, "Last Registration Invite".
Bulk Actions
After creating your desired segment, you can perform bulk actions such as sending email registration invites, adding points, tagging, or deleting members. To begin, simply check the box next to each member's name or click Select All.
Be sure to click Select All Rows if you wish to include the whole segment.
After you have made your selections, click the Actions dropdown.
To bulk award points, select Add Points, and a menu will open in a box where you can choose the point options. You can select multiple items; however, please note that all selected members will receive the same points and message.
To add or replace tags, create your segment and click Edit Tags from the Actions dropdown menu.
