Members can register for a Hub account in three different ways, depending on how your program is set up.

Staff can guide members through any of these options.

Quick Summary

Members can register by:

  • Using a Rewards Card

  • Receiving an Email Invite

  • Self-registering through your Hub website

Once registered, members can log in to:

  • Earn points

  • Redeem rewards

  • Track progress

Option 1: Register Using a Rewards Card

If your program uses rewards cards, this is often the fastest option.

Steps

  1. Assign or confirm the member’s rewards card number in their profile.

  2. Ask the member to go to the Hub website or mobile app.

  3. Enter their rewards number to begin registration.

  4. Follow the prompts to complete account setup.

Option 2: Send an Email Invite (Recommended for Staff)

Staff can send a direct registration link to the member.

Steps

  1. Open the member’s profile in the Staff Portal.

  2. Click Send Invite.

  3. The member will receive an email with instructions to register.

  4. The member clicks the link and follows the prompts.

This is the most controlled and reliable method for registration.

Option 3: Self-Register (No Staff Action Required)

Members can register on their own using your Hub website.

Steps for Members

  1. Go to your Hub registration page (custom URL).

  2. Click “I Never Received a Number or Code”.

  3. Select the appropriate option:

    • I’m a member → Access your account

    • I’m a parent/guardian of a member → Join a linked family

  4. Follow the prompts to create an account.

⚠️ Note: Self-registration must be completed on the website, not the mobile app.
