Everything you need to know about how members receive their prize reward. The Culturello Rewards Hub includes a wide variety of fun and meaningful reward options. Below are the most common fulfillment questions and clear, direct answers.

1. How will my gift card arrive?

Physical Gift Cards

• Delivery Method: USPS First-Class Mail
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days
• Packaging: Delivered in a prize letter from your organization

Amazon eGift Cards

• Delivery Method: Email
• Sender: Amazon.com Gift Cards
• Subject Line: Includes your organization’s name
• Estimated Delivery Time: Within 48 hours

If you do not see the email:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Search your inbox for “Amazon.com Gift Cards”

2. Why is the code scratched off on my physical gift card?

Our Fulfillment Team securely scratches and records the redemption code before mailing your card.

This allows us to:

• Safely store your unique code
• Reissue your code if mail is lost
• Provide faster support resolution

Important:

• Not all physical gift cards can be redeemed online or through a mobile app.
• Some cards may require in-store redemption.

If you are unsure how to redeem your specific card, contact support with your order details.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

For all order status questions, please email: support@culturello.com. 

Include:

• First and last name
• Order number

Providing complete details helps us respond faster and resolve your request efficiently.

4. What should I do if my reward hasn’t arrived?

If your reward has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

• Physical gift card: Wait 10 business days before contacting support
• Amazon eGift card: Wait 48 hours and check spam folder

If still not received, email support with:

• Full name
• Order number
• Email address used for redemption
