To help keep your member's accounts and personal information safe, we require them to verify their identity before making certain changes, like updating the profile or redeeming rewards.
When Will Verification Be Required?
Members will be asked to enter a 5-digit code sent to their email if they:
- Try to redeem rewards
- Update their profile or delivery information
This added step makes sure only they member can make changes to the account.
What Happens Next?
- We’ll automatically send a 5-digit code to the email address linked to the account.
- Enter that code into the screen to unlock access to the secure action.
- Once verified, they can continue updating the information or redeeming the reward.
How Long Is the Code Valid?
The code will expire after 10 minutes. If it expires, they can tap Resend Code to get a new one.
I Didn’t Request This – What Should I Do?
If a member receives a verification email but wasn't trying to update their account, someone may have tried to access their information. Don’t worry—they weren’t able to get in. But for added protection, we recommend resetting the password.
Too Many Tries?
If a member enters the wrong code 5 times in 30 minutes, the account will be locked. They’ll get an email with a link to reset the password and unlock the account.
