Bring your office to life with a Smile Squad Scavenger Hunt , powered by your Hub’s QR code automation. This playful experience transforms everyday visits into interactive moments that spark curiosity, reward engagement, and strengthen member connections with your brand. Whether they’re waiting, wandering, or just exploring, members will love discovering hidden QR codes, earning points, and enjoying a little unexpected fun along the way. It’s connection-building made joyful.

Note: If a member is not logged in or not yet registered, they can enter their name and date of birth to claim their points. They’ll then be prompted to complete the registration process so their points are saved to their account.

 

Create QR Codes for Each Smile Squad Character

  1. Go to Settings > Automations in your Hub and click +Add

  2. Choose [Office Visit Points – QR Code]

  3. Give your automation a descriptive title, like “Smile Squad – Toothbrush QR Code”

  4. Select the member groups who can participate, like Kids Club and Active Members

  5. Choose your reward amount. Keep in mind that every point in the Hub = 10 cents. Consider varying the number of points for each character.

  6. Set a QR code scan limit so members can only claim points for each character once (like once every 12 months)

  7. Activate the automation

  8. Download the small QR code (1.5" square) from the Assets list.
     

  9. Repeat for each Smile Squad character, so every sign has a unique QR code

  

 

 

Prepare Your Smile Squad

Use the downloadable assets (attached below) featuring the Smile Squad characters:

  •  Brush-a-licious! (toothbrush)

  • Floss-some! (floss)

  • Swish-sational! (mouthwash)

  • Tooth-riffic! (toothpaste)

Assembly Steps:

  1. Print each Smile Squad character on its own sheet.

  2. Cut out the characters along the dotted lines.

  3. Match and attach the correct QR code to each character — use the allocated square on the sign to place the specific code created for that character.

  4. Post the characters around your office in fun, easy-to-spot places: waiting room corners, brushing stations, check-in desks — get creative!

Pro tip: Keep the hunt lighthearted and rewarding, make it just challenging enough to spark smiles when patients find and scan each character!
