Bring your office to lifeĀ with aĀ Smile Squad Scavenger Hunt , powered by your Hubā€™s QR code automation. This playful experience transforms everyday visits into interactive moments that spark curiosity, reward engagement, and strengthen member connections with your brand. Whether theyā€™re waiting, wandering, or just exploring, members will love discovering hidden QR codes, earning points, and enjoying a little unexpected fun along the way. Itā€™s connection-building made joyful.

Note:Ā If a member is not logged in or not yet registered, they can enter theirĀ name and date of birthĀ to claim their points. Theyā€™ll then be prompted to complete the registration process so their points are saved to their account.

Ā

Create QR Codes for Each Smile Squad Character

  1. Go toĀ Settings > AutomationsĀ in your Hub and clickĀ +Add

  2. ChooseĀ [Office Visit Points ā€“ QR Code]

  3. Give your automation a descriptive title, like ā€œSmile Squad ā€“ Toothbrush QR Codeā€

  4. Select the member groups who can participate, like Kids Club and Active Members

  5. Choose your reward amount. Keep in mind that every point in the Hub = 10 cents. Consider varying the number of points for each character.

  6. Set a QR code scan limit so members can only claim points for each character once (like once every 12 months)

  7. Activate the automation

  8. Download the small QR code (1.5" square) from the Assets list.
    Ā

  9. Repeat for each Smile Squad character, so every sign has a unique QR code

Prepare Your Smile SquadĀ

 Ā

Use the downloadable assets (attached below) featuring the Smile Squad characters:

  • Ā Brush-a-licious!Ā (toothbrush)

  • Floss-some!Ā (floss)

  • Swish-sational!Ā (mouthwash)

  • Tooth-riffic!Ā (toothpaste)

Assembly Steps:

  1. PrintĀ each Smile Squad character on its own sheet.

  2. Cut outĀ the characters along the dotted lines.

  3. Match and attachĀ the correct QR code to each character ā€” use the allocated square on the sign to place the specific code created for that character.

  4. Post the charactersĀ around your office in fun, easy-to-spot places: waiting room corners, brushing stations, check-in desks ā€” get creative!

Pro tip:Ā Keep the hunt lighthearted and rewarding, make it just challenging enough to spark smiles when patients find and scan each character!

Ā

Spread the Word

Weā€™ve created aĀ Smile Squad flyerĀ to help you share the scavenger hunt with members. Place it in an acrylic stand at check-in or in your waiting area so members see it the moment they arrive ā€” and know thereā€™s fun (and points!) waiting for them.

DownloadĀ the assetsĀ below.

Note that members will need to be logged into the Patient Rewards Hub, Hubbux, or Culturello mobile app to collect points.

Ā If they haven't yet registered their account, you canĀ send them an invite from their profile in your office portal.
