The Rewards Hub comes equipped with hundreds of different prize options that our Fulfillment Center ships directly to the member on your behalf. Below are a few FAQ’s regarding prize fulfillment.
- How does the gift card arrive?
- Gift cards are mailed via regular USPS and typically arrive within 7-10 business days
- Amazon is an e-gift card that will be sent directly to the member from Amazon.com Gift Cards with the name of your business in the subject line. It typically arrives within 48 hours.
- Why is the code on the back of the card scratched off?
- Redemption codes are scratched off by our Fulfillment Team and captured securely so that the the specific code on the gift card may be emailed directly to the member in cases of lost mail. Please note, not all of the gift cards can be redeemed online or via a mobile app.
- How can I check the status of an order?
