In today’s fast-paced digital world, businesses continually seek ways to enhance efficiency and improve customer engagement. If you’re looking for a seamless method to automatically award points in the Hub, we have the perfect solution for you.

With our integration, you can now automate the addition of Hub points at key stages of a patient's journey directly from your Practice Management Software, including:

  • After a first consultation
  • When treatment begins
  • When a patient arrives on time for their appointment
  • Upon treatment completion

 

 

How It Works

Once you are syncing with Dolphin and a procedure code or action is completed, the Hub will automatically send messaging and deliver reward points to your member’s account.

 

Getting Started

Navigate to Settings ⚙️ > Automations > Add.

You will be directed to the Marketplace, where you can select the Automation you wish to activate.

Click on the desired Automation and follow the setup prompts:

    • Edit the Automation title as needed.
    • Choose the appropriate Automation Trigger from the dropdown menu of appointment types in Dolphin. For example, select "Dismissed" to trigger points when an appointment is completed.
    • Assign the number of points to be awarded.
    • Customize the messaging and images to align with your branding.
    • Utilize the Auto-Tag feature to update member tags based on the appointment type.
