Pass the Pie! Referral Campaign
Give referrals a Thanksgiving twist! The holiday season is a great time to remind your members to refer their friends and family to your business, as new patients or employees! Check out the Slice of the Pie referral campaign in Marketplace to keep the Thanksgiving theme, or choose from other one of our evergreen options and keep it going all year long.
To set it up:
- Navigate to Manage > Referrals
- Click Add to start a new referral campaign and select the referral direction you’d like the campaign to follow
- Choose from Marketplace and type in Fall for Great Care
- Set the campaign details and adjust any of the messaging (or leave it as it is!) and hit Publish to set it live
Gratitude Give Back
‘Tis the season for giving! Encourage members to use their points to give back tot he community this Thanksgiving. You’re able to add a special donation prize on your prize menu, allowing members to redeem points toward a local food bank, Thanksgiving meals, or another community cause.
To set up:
- To set this up, go to Manage > Prizes
- To add a charity prize option, click on Add New Prize.
- Use creative assets found in this article or upload your own image
- Alert your members with a communication, social post, or office flyer
From Reviews to Recognition
Behind every glowing review is a team making it happen! Use your Hub’s Reviews dashboard to find a favorite member review and share it during a team huddle. Recognize the people behind those five-star experiences and celebrate the positive feedback! Take it further with Culturello Employees: Make recognition even easier by sharing reviews on the Connect Feed, sending personalized recognitions, and awarding points to team members. A great way to connect member satisfaction with team appreciation!
- Navigate to Manage > Reviews
- Look through the reviews and find a standout message to share with the team during your next huddle or meeting
- If you’re using Culturello Employees, copy the review and share it with your team in the Connect Feed so people can engage and react!
