December 2021 Referral Campaign: Get on the Nice List

Scheduling a seasonal campaign with a new offer, graphics and content puts your referral program back in front of your members.

This holiday-themed campaign encourages members to refer friends and family to share and receive a special offer. Emails, in-app notifications, and social media posts are automatically sent on the day the campaign begins.



Step 1: Set your Campaign's Name, Schedule, and Rewards


[Name your campaign]:
December 2021: Get on the Nice List

[Set schedule]:
Start: 12/1/21
End: 12/31/21

[Set rewards]:
Member reward: 400 points (equal to $40 in rewards; adjust if needed)
Invitee reward: 400 points (equal to $40 in rewards; adjust if needed)

Step 2: Load your Campaign Image

Choose EDIT IMAGE > STATIC TEMPLATES and select the image above from the library


Step 3: Create your Member Share Page Message

An Easy Way to Get on the Nice List!

Hi [Member First Name],

Looking for an easy way to get on the nice list? Share our December referral offer with all of your friends and family! Now through [End Date] your friends will receive [Invitee Reward] in their new rewards account when they become our newest member. And as if making the nice list wasn't enough, you'll also receive [Member Reward] in YOUR rewards account once they get started!

But hurry! This offer ends with the year 2021!


Step 4: Create the Message your Member's Invitee will Receive

Here's Some Holiday Cheer! 🎁

Body text:
[Practice Name] just wrapped up a special deal for friends and family and I thought you'd want to know. Now through [End Date] they're offering [Invitee Reward] in rewards (a $40 value) to all new members who sign up in December. You're going to really like [Practice Name]. They're on the nice list, too!


NOTE: If you offer a different reward to your Invitees, be sure to change the value of the reward in the text above to match your offer.


Step 5: Create your Invitee Signup Page Message
