Encourage members to refer their friends and family by scheduling a seasonal campaign. The Hub takes care of communicating your offer to members at the beginning of each campaign.
Here is a step-by-step guide for setting up your August seasonal campaign. Feel free to adjust the rewards and text – even the graphics – to fit the needs of your business.
Step 1: Set your Campaign's Name, Schedule, and Rewards
[Name your campaign]:
August 2021: Back to School
Member reward: free tooth whitening kit (adjust if needed)
Invitee reward: free tooth whitening kit (adjust if needed)
Step 2: Load your Campaign Image
Choose EDIT IMAGE > STATIC TEMPLATES and select the image above from the library
Step 3: Create your Patient Share Page Message

Jump Back Into School With this A+ Offer
Hi [Patient First Name]!
It's back-to-school time, and we've got an A+ offer to help you and your friends jump back in. Help spread the word about [Practice Name] and you'll each receive a [Invitee Reward] when they become our newest member!
This special offer ends on [End Date] so encourage your friends to reach out today for more information!
Step 4: Create the Message your Patient's Invitee will Receive
[Patient Message to Invitee]:
Here's an A+ Offer for You!
[Practice Name] has a special back-to-school offer I think you might be interested in so I thought I'd share. For a limited time, they're offering [Invitee Reward] to all new members who sign up before [End Date]. Click on the link to reserve the offer. [Practice Name] is great!
Step 5: Create your Invitee Signup Page Message
[Invitee Signup Page]:
We Can't Wait to Share this A+ Offer With You!
[Patient First Name] thinks you deserve this special back-to-school offer and so do we! Send us your info by [End Date] and we'll reach out to schedule a time to chat. If you decide to become our newest member, you'll receive our [Invitee Reward]!
Step 6: Create the Invitee Confirmation Page Message

[Invitee First Name], you are signed up for our A+ Back to School Offer!
We will contact you soon with the details.

Good Idea: Review the Campaign Communications Settings
It's always a good idea to review your Communication setting before your referral campaign launches. To do so, simply click [Communication] and preview the Engagement and Participation Messages.
