Whether you're a dental office, a learning center, or anything in between, candy buy back programs are a great way to promote healthy habits. When partnered with a donation of the candy to a local or national charitable organization, your efforts also serve to give back to others.
This month's promotion awards points to members who bring in Halloween candy November 1-2. Be sure to have a container in your office to collect the candy, and a scale to weigh your members' donations so that you can award the correct amount of points. At the end of your buy back event, you can donate the candy to a local food bank or nursing home, Ronald McDonald House, Operation Gratitude, Soldiers' Angels, Operation Shoebox, or another organization accepting candy donations.
Promotion Manager is a great tool to help spread the word about your candy buy back. Adjust the suggested copy below to match your event, and make it public so that it appears as a landing page on your Hub's microsite, along with a share button so people can help spread the word.
Build excitement by creating an in-app message to your members, along with print-ready flyers and posters with more information. You can even schedule a monthly reminder in Communications Manager for the entire year. And it can all be created in minutes!
