  • Advanced Settings: deselect Show Times
• Who: Public

Add a Promotion Image:

• Use the search term: Best of
• Or upload your own image

Add the Promotion Description:

• Edit the sample copy as applicable

  • Summary: Your vote can help us shine in multiple categories, and we couldn't be more excited 🫶

Select a Publish Date:

• Now or any date leading up to the start of the promotion

Publish:

• The promotion will appear in member accounts and on your microsite at 9am on the date you selected

Build Excitement by Promoting Your Event or Offer

Social Posts:

• Set up a post in the Hub's Social Media Manager to post to your Facebook, Instagram, X, and Pinterest accounts
• Or download a post to directly upload to your social accounts

Member Messages:

• Create an email and in-app notification to registered members using the Hub's Communications tool

Print Materials:

• Download and print the 8.5x11 flyer containing the graphic, headline and subhead from your promotion, plus a QR code to the landing page with more details (see below)
• Download and print the 4x6 postcards to help spread the word about your event

Online Landing Page:

• If your event or offer is public, it will create a landing page on your Hub's microsite
• To navigate to the microsite:
  • Follow the link from your website to the Hub's login page and choose Promotions on the navigation bar at the top
  • Scan the QR code on the flyer or postcard on your print materials (see above)
  • Click on the PROMOTIONS link within a member account
• If you can't see the promotion's landing page, check to ensure it's been made public. Members-only events and offers will not appear
• If you can't see the promotion in a member account, check the dates of the event, and ensure that the promotion was published
