Encourage members to refer their friends and family by scheduling a seasonal campaign. The Hub takes care of communicating your offer to members at the beginning of each campaign.
Here is a step-by-step guide for setting up your June seasonal campaign. Feel free to adjust the rewards and text – even the graphics – to fit the needs of your business.
Step 1: Set your Campaign's Name, Schedule, and Rewards

Member reward: 100 points (adjust if needed)
Invitee reward: $1000 off braces (adjust if needed)
Step 2: Load your Campaign Image
Choose EDIT IMAGE > STATIC TEMPLATES and select the image above from the library
Step 3: Create your Patient Share Page Message

Step 4: Create the Message your Patient's Invitee will Receive

[Practice Name] is offering a fantastic summer deal of [Invitee Reward] until [End Date] and I thought you'd want to know. Click the link to check out the details. [Practice Name] is awesome!
Step 5: Create your Invitee Signup Page Message
[Invitee Signup Page]:
[Patient First Name] thinks you'll love this deal!
We can't wait to meet you! Sign up for a consultation and get [Invitee Reward] when you start treatment. But hurry! This offer ends on [End Date].
Step 6: Create the Invitee Confirmation Page Message

Good Idea: Review the Campaign Communications Settings
It's always a good idea to review your Communication setting before your referral campaign launches. To do so, simply click [Communication] and preview the Engagement and Participation Messages.
