Invite members to share their best (or worst) Valentine's Day story for a chance to win a gift basket. At the end of your event have your team vote for their favorite "best" story, and funniest "worst" story and award gift baskets filled with treats, office swag, gift cards, and more. If you assemble your gift baskets before the promotion, snap some photos and include those in the text of the message to create even more interest in sharing stories that are sure to be fun to read.


Choose to make your event open to members only, or the public. If you choose public, you can encourage your members to help spread the word using the links and QR codes in social posts, messages, and print materials. Feel free to adjust the text and graphics to fit the needs of your business – including the email address where they should submit their stories.

Details and Outline:
We all have them: stories about great – and not so great – Valentine's Days. Well, we want to hear all about them!

Write a story about your best or worst Valentine's Day experience and email it (along with your name) to [enter email address here] by Sunday, February 14th. The following week our team will choose their favorites, and you could win a SWEET gift basket filled with goodies!

We can't wait for your fun, romantic stories to warm our hearts, or send us laughing with experiences you're still trying to forget. 

But hurry! Be sure to submit your story by this Valentine's Day, February 14.
