Encourage members to refer their friends and family by scheduling a seasonal campaign. The Hub takes care of communicating your offer to members at the beginning of each campaign.
Here is a step-by-step guide for setting up your "Surprise for Your Friends" campaign. Feel free to adjust the rewards and text – even the graphics – to fit the needs of your business.
Step 1: Set your Campaign's Name, Schedule, and Rewards
[Name your campaign]:
January 2021: A New Year's Surprise
Patient reward: 500 points (adjust if needed)
Invitee reward: $250 off treatment (adjust if needed)
Step 2: Load your Campaign Image
Choose EDIT IMAGE > STATIC TEMPLATES to find and select this image
Step 3: Create your Patient Share Page Message

Start the new year with a special surprise for you and your friends. From now until the end of January, your friends can receive [Invitee Reward] when they're referred by you! As a thank you for your referral, you'll receive [Patient Reward] in your rewards account as soon as they begin treatment. Thanks for helping us spread the word about this special offer!
Step 4: Create the Message your Patient's Invitee will Receive

[Practice Name] is offering [Invitee Reward] to all new patients referred by a friend during the month of January and I wanted to make sure you heard the news. Click the link to reserve this offer. You're going to love [Practice Name]!
Step 5: Create your Invitee Signup Page Message
[Invitee Signup Page]:
You nabbed this special offer because you know [Patient First Name]!
Congratulations! You're about to receive [Invitee Reward] because of your friend! Sign up below by [End Date] to reserve this special offer. We can't wait to meet you!
Step 6: Create the Invitee Confirmation Page Message

Good Idea: Review the Campaign Communications Settings
It's always a good idea to review your Communication setting before your referral campaign launches. To do so, simply click [Communication] and preview the Engagement and Participation Messages.
