Encourage members to refer their friends and family by scheduling a seasonal campaign. The Hub takes care of communicating your offer to members at the beginning of each campaign.
Here is a step-by-step guide for setting up your "Special Holiday Gift" campaign. Feel free to adjust the rewards and text – even the graphics – to fit the needs of your business.
Step 1: Set your Campaign's Name, Schedule, and Rewards
[Name your campaign]:
December 2020: Special Holiday Gift
Patient reward: 500 points (adjust if needed)
Invitee reward: 500 points (adjust if needed)
Step 2: Load your Campaign Image
Choose EDIT IMAGE > STATIC TEMPLATES to find and select this image
Step 3: Create your Patient Share Page Message

Give the First Gift of the Season! 🎁
Tis the season of giving, and now YOU can give a special holiday gift to your friends and family by referring them to our office! Throughout the month of December your friends will receive [Invitee Reward] in their new rewards account when they're referred by you. Additionally, you'll receive [Patient Reward in your own rewards account, AND we'll donate $50 to the Salvation Army in your honor! Points can be redeemed as soon as they begin, so don't wait to spread the cheer!
Step 4: Create the Message your Patient's Invitee will Receive
[Patient Message to Invitee]:
A Special Gift Has Been Reserved for You! 🎁
I thought I'd be the first person to give you a special gift this season by passing along a special referral offer by [Practice Name]. Throughout the month of December they're adding [Invitee Reward] to a rewards account for you, PLUS they'll make a $50 donation to the Salvation Army. Your rewards points can be redeemed for a $50 gift card at hundreds of stores and restaurants as soon as you're ready to begin!
Step 5: Create your Invitee Signup Page Message

[Patient First Name] would like to give you a special holiday gift! 🎁!
Sign up for our special referral offer during the month of December and receive [Invitee Reward] in your new rewards account, plus we'll make a $50 donation to the Salvation Army in your honor. Points can be redeemed for your choice of hundreds of gift cards as soon as you're ready to begin. We can't wait to meet you!
Step 6: Create the Invitee Confirmation Page Message

Great things are coming your way, [Patient First Name]!
We're looking forward to meeting you! Your rewards points will soon be added to your rewards account, and we'll be in touch to schedule an appointment. In the meantime, visit us at Practice Website✕ to learn more about us. Have a nice day!
Good Idea: Review the Campaign Communications Settings
It's always a good idea to review your Communication setting before your referral campaign launches. To do so, simply click [Communication] and preview the Engagement and Participation Messages.
