Invite members to give and receive thanks when their friends become your newest members.
Here is a step-by-step guide for setting up your "Give & Get Thanks" campaign. Feel free to adjust the rewards and text – even the graphics – to fit the needs of your business.
Step 1: Set your Campaign's Name, Schedule, and Rewards
[Name your campaign]:
November 2020: Give & Get Thanks
Patient reward: 500 points (adjust if needed)
Invitee reward: 500 points (adjust if needed)
Step 2: Load your Campaign Image
Save the image attached to the end of this article
Then choose EDIT IMAGE > UPLOAD YOUR OWN
Step 3: Create your Patient Share Page Message

Here's a Special Offer to Say Thank You. 🍁
We're thankful that you've chosen [Practice Name], and we'd like to show it by offering you [Patient Reward] in your rewards account when you refer your friends and family during the month of November, and they become our newest member. Your friends will be thankful too, because they'll also receive [Invitee Reward] in their own rewards account. Points can be redeemed for a $50 gift card to hundreds of shops and restaurants – just in time for the holidays!
Step 4: Create the Message your Patient's Invitee will Receive
[Patient Message to Invitee]:
Check Out This Special Offer From [Practice Name]
Hello! I just learned about a special offer from [Practice Name] for the month of November and thought I'd share. They're offering [Invitee Reward] in their rewards program to all new members. These points can be redeemed for a $50 gift card to hundreds of shops and restaurants – just in time for the holidays! You're going to love [Practice Name]; they're awesome!
Step 5: Create your Invitee Signup Page Message
[Invitee Signup Page]:
We're excited to meet you!
We're so thankful that [Patient First Name] thought you'd be a perfect fit for [Practice Name], that we're giving you [Invitee Reward] in our rewards program – a $50 value – when you become our newest member! Sign up today and we'll be in touch with the next steps.
Step 6: Create the Invitee Confirmation Page Message
[Invitee Signup Confirmation Page]:
We're looking forward to meeting you, [Patient First Name]!
We will be in touch soon. In the meantime, visit us at [Practice Website] to learn more about us.
Good Idea: Review the Campaign Communications Settings
It's always a good idea to review your Communication setting before your referral campaign launches. To do so, simply click [Communication] and preview the Engagement and Participation Messages.
