September 2020 Referral Campaign: Fall Into Rewards

Invite members to fall into rewards when their friends become your newest members. 

Here is a step-by-step guide for setting up your "Fall Into Rewards" campaign. Feel free to adjust the rewards and text – even the graphics – to fit the needs of your business.


Step 1: Set your Campaign's Name, Schedule, and Rewards


[Name your campaign]: September 2020: Fall Into Rewards

[Set schedule]:
Start: (today)
End: 9/30/20

[Set rewards]:
Patient reward: 500 points (adjust if needed)
Invitee reward: 500 points (adjust if needed)

Step 2: Load your Campaign Image

If it works for your offer, you can use the same image for both Patient and Invitee.


Step 3: Create your Patient Share Page Message


[Patient share page]:
Headline text: Fall Into Rewards! 🍂

Body text:
Hi [Patient First Name]!

Celebrate fall with a special referral offer for your friends and family! When they sign up before [End Date] they'll receive [Invitee Reward] in our rewards program (a $50 value). As a bonus, you'll receive [Patient Reward] in your own rewards account when they're ready to get started. Click any of the links below to share this special offer before it expires.


Step 4: Create the Message your Patient's Invitee will Receive


[Patient Message to Invitee]:
Message subject: Here's a Great Way to Fall Into Rewards!

Message body:  [Practice Name] just introduced a great offer to new members and I thought you might like to know. From now until [End Date], they're offering [Invitee Reward] in their rewards program (a $50 value) to anyone referred by an existing member (like me!) Check it out. It's a great way to "fall" into big rewards!


Step 5: Create your Invitee Signup Page Message


[Invitee Signup Page]:
Headline text: [Patient First Name] would like to help you fall into rewards!

Body text: 
We're happy to hear you're interested in [Practice Name] and can't wait to meet you! Complete the information below and we'll be in touch soon. Once you're ready to begin, you'll receive [Invitee Reward] in our rewards program (a $50 value), plus many opportunities to earn more! But hurry; our Fall Rewards program ends on [End Date].

Step 6: Create the Invitee Confirmation Page Message


[Invitee Signup Confirmation Page]:

Headline text: Congratulations, [Invitee First Name]!

Body text: 
You're signed up to receive [Invitee Reward] in our rewards program! We'll be in touch soon to help you get started. Until then, visit [Practice Website] to learn more about [Practice Name].
