When was the last time someone remembered your birthday, celebrated a milestone, or acknowledged a moment that mattered to you? Something as simple as an unexpected message, call, or in-conversation shoutout feels like a small moment, but it makes a big impact!
That's the power of being remembered. In a world that moves fast, the people and places that pause to celebrate us stand out. It doesn't need to be a grand gesture, just a simple and intentional one. For your membership, this means birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, and achievements that your customers, patients, employees, and partners share with you.

Automations to celebrate your members this month
Christmas in July:
Holiday automations don't have to wait for December! Set up a "Christmas in July" Holiday automation for July 25th that sends members a festive message paired with bonus points. It's a fun, unexpected surprise in the middle of summer that's sure to get your members smiling.
To set this up:
- Navigate to Settings ⚙️ > Automations.
- Click Add to jump to the template gallery.
- Then click the Holiday automation.
- Once inside the builder, you can choose your automation’s title, target audience, the number of points it will award, what kinds of notifications it will send, and even the graphic and message it will feature.
- Choose the date that will trigger this automation. It can be the date of the actual holiday or you can choose a different date that better fits your message.
- In the What section, set the number of points members will receive.
- Click the Communication dropdown to customize further!
Summer Appreciation Station
Create a dedicated summer celebration corner at your office. Think tropical decor, sun and beach-themed balloons, and a fun summer-vibes photo backdrop complete with props like sunglasses, leis, and popsicles, where members can snap a moment, post and tag, and scan a QR code to earn bonus points. A physical, in-office extension of the appreciation theme with a summery twist.
To set this up:
- Navigate to Settings ⚙️ > Automations.
- Click Add>Office Visit QR Code.
- Create a title for your Automation.
- Next, choose the groups of members who will be allowed to receive points from this Automation.
- In the When section, determine how frequently members will be allowed to receive points through this Automation.
- In the What section, set the number of points members will receive. You may also activate the Auto Tag feature so scans automatically award points AND change tags.
- Click Activate Automation to launch your new automation! A pop-up will appear, including your QR code
Surprise & Delight
This is a great time to send members an automated message thanking members for their continued trust, loyalty, and for sharing their experience with friends and family… paired with a bonus point reward, of course! By thanking them for things like referrals and reviews, it plants the idea and gets members thinking about doing it again, without ever directly asking. Sometimes the best engagement is the one no one saw coming.
To set this up:
- Navigate to Settings ⚙️ > Automations.
- Click Add to jump to the template gallery.
- Then click the Holiday automation (in this case, the holiday is just for fun!)
