AXISCARE INTEGRATION & AUTOMATIONS

AxisCare Integration

  1. Disconnected? If you set a 2-year expiration date for your token when you integrated, you may need to update your token to continue integrating. Learn more
  2. Tag mapping: have you added new statuses that aren’t mapped
  3. Member table: to delete inactive caregivers, navigate to Member table (Members > Members)

    • Add filter:

     

    • Select All # Rows
    • Action > Delete

Once connected, you can activate the On-Time Clock in automations, and the New Employee Onboarding automations. Watch for additional automations in early 2026!

  1. Review Calendar to identify gaps 
  2. Schedule 1-2 contests per month (different start times so notifications are spread out)
  3. Schedule 2-3 surveys per month (different start times so notifications are spread out)
  4. Use AI Hub Success Agent to automate scheduling
