Whether you're recognizing teammates, sharing wins, or energizing the week ahead, Places makes it feel personal, purposeful, and downright fun.
Think of it as your backstage pass to making meetings the highlight of the day. Let’s walk you through how to create your own.
🚀 Getting Started
Go to Manage > Places. Click Add + to create your new Place.
🧠 Step 1: Give It a Name
Name your Place—something that sets the tone for what’s to come. From “Monday Momentum” to “Team Wins & Waffles,” it’s your vibe.
🧩 Step 2: Add Blocks
Blocks are the heart of your Place—each one a mini-experience. To begin click Add Block.
Choose from a curated menu of purpose-driven content modules: Birthday, Milestone, Game, Announcement, and more.
🎂 Example: Celebrate a Birthday
- Select Birthday
- Edit the title (e.g., “🎉 Happy Birthday, Monica!”)
- Choose the team member from the dropdown
- Customize the message and image—use ours or upload your own
- Animate the layout for extra sparkle ✨
It will automatically populate with a happy birthday message and the member's profile picture. You may edit the text as needed and upload a new picture if you wish.
You may edit the layout of the Block and add animation if applicable.
Repeat with as many Blocks as you like: schedule highlights, team shout-outs, cultural touchstones, or games to boost morale.
🎨 Step 3: Choose a Theme
Select a Theme from the Marketplace. This sets the visual stage—like choosing the décor for your digital gathering. It’s more than aesthetic—it’s emotional tone-setting.
👥 Step 4: Assign Access
Decide who gets to experience the magic. Choose the Groups or individuals you want to invite to control visibility and participation access. Need different Places for different teams? Easy.
📽 Step 5: Present With Impact
Once you’ve built your Place:
- Click Preview to get a final look
- Then hit Done—your Place is now saved under Drafts
- When you’re ready to roll, click the three dots (•••) and select Present
Your team gets notified via the app, or you can share a direct link through email or messaging apps.
As the host, you control the pace. Move through each slide with intention, creating space for meaningful insights, questions, or celebrations. When you’re ready to increase engagement or introduce a dose of play, use the spin wheel to select a participant and spark real-time interaction.
