Automation: Auto-Tag No Activity

You can now set up the the Auto-Tag No Activity Automation to change a member's status to Inactive, ensuring that your database is always up-to-date.

 

To get started, navigate to Settings ⚙️ > Automations.

Click Add>Auto-Tag No Activity.

Start by creating a Title for your Automation. Please note, this Title is for internal use only.

Next, choose the groups of members this Automation applies to.

In the When section, you'll set the trigger for the Automation.

Check the box to apply the automation to all existing members who meet the criteria. The update will be processed overnight and may take some time to complete.

In the What section, select the tag to be applied when the Automation is triggered.

Click Activate Automation.
