Promotions Manager makes spreading the word about your special events and offers quick and easy!
π Access the Promotions Manager
Navigate to the Promotions Manager by clicking Manage>Promotions.
See all current, scheduled, draft, and past promotions which are all editable via the three-dot menu on the right. Past Promotions can be duplicated for future use.
β¨ Creating a New Promotion

Click Create.

Choose Promotion Type:

Event: Members can share with friends via a Share link.

Offer: Includes a signup form that creates a new lead in your Hub.

Promotion Setup:
Title: Internal-only, descriptive (e.g., βSummer Promo July 2025β).
Where: Select a location or leave as None. Can be changed later.
When: Set start and end dates. For ongoing promotions, pick a far-off end date.
Advanced Settings: Uncheck Show Dates and Times to hide dates from members.
Who: Choose Public or restrict to Hub members or specific groups.
What: Select from library or upload your own image. Choose a catchy Headline as it will be displayed on marketing materials. Provide specifics of the promotion with a clear call to action.
Publish Date: Controls when the promotion appears in member accounts or on the microsite.
Click Publish. π

Social Media:

Use Social Media Manager: Click Set Up>Edit>Schedule Post.

Download generated images for other platforms.

Email & In-App Messages:

Go to Member Messages>Set Up in Communications.

Choose recipients, customize content, schedule delivery, and repeat options.

Print Materials:

Download print-ready flyers (8.5βx11β) and postcards (4βx6β).

π Calendar & Edits

Calendar View: See an overview of all published and scheduled promotions. Identify gaps and plan new promotions.

Edit a Promotion:

Click the promotion image or use the three-dot menu and select Edit.

Make changes, then click Save Changes.

If you previously scheduled social posts or member messages, update them to reflect the latest information.
