Your Content Preferences are the core brand inputs that guide how your Hub Success ✨ AI Agent selects, creates, and schedules content. These settings ensure that everything posted on your behalf aligns with your organization's goals, values, and audience expectations.
Why this matters: If your Brand Profile tells the AI Agent who you are, your Content Preferences tell it what to prioritize and how far it can go. These settings act as the guardrails and priorities that shape every decision the Agent makes from which goals to chase, to which holidays to celebrate, to how often it posts. The more intentional you are here, the less time you'll spend adjusting content after the fact.
Follow the steps below to customize your Content Preferences. Start by navigating to Settings ⚙️ > Other Settings > Content Preferences.
Step 1: Set Your Default Goals
Your Default Goals help the Hub Success ✨ AI Agent understand what matters most to your organization when planning and scheduling content whether that's driving referrals, boosting redemptions, increasing app logins, or something else entirely.
Best practice: Use the slider tools to assign weight and priority to at least one goal category. For best performance, avoid giving every goal equal weight. Think of this less like a wish list and more like a ranking: if the Agent could only achieve one thing this month, what should it be?
How to figure out your top goal: Ask yourself what's currently keeping you up at night. Is it low engagement? Slow referral growth? A recent dip in redemptions? Your Default Goals should reflect the outcome your organization needs most right now, not just everything you'd eventually like to improve. You can always revisit and adjust these weights as your priorities shift.
If you need more context on a goal, simply hover over the information icons to learn more about what each category represents.
Special Restrictions or Guidelines
This section allows you to specify any constraints, restrictions, or special instructions for content the AI creates. For example, phrases to avoid, compliance considerations, or topics that are off-limits for your organization.
Why it matters: This is your safety net. The more specific you are, the more confidently the Agent can create content without needing your review every time. Think of anything you'd tell a new employee before letting them post on your behalf; those same instincts belong here.
The AI Agent will follow these instructions when generating or selecting content.
Step 2: Content Alignment
This is where you tailor the cultural moments, holidays, and celebrations your organization wants to recognize. These selections influence what the Hub Success ✨ AI Agent includes in your content pipeline and help ensure your brand shows up for the moments that matter most to your members.
Always Scheduled Holidays
These holidays will always be scheduled no matter what posting days you've selected.
For example, if New Year's Day falls on a Sunday, but your posting days are Tuesday and Thursday, the AI Agent will still schedule content for New Year's Day.
These dates receive priority during content planning and creative strategy, since they tend to be moments your audience expects to see acknowledged regardless of your regular cadence.
Approved Holidays
These are optional holidays that align with your brand and your audience.
The AI Agent may choose to post content about these holidays depending on:
- Your selected goals
- Audience demographics
- Posting frequency and timing
Best practice: For best results, review this list carefully and select only the holidays that genuinely fit your organization's values and communication style. A good filter to ask: would this holiday feel natural coming from your brand, or would it feel forced? It's better to recognize fewer holidays authentically than to post about every occasion just because it's on the calendar. Over-posting on less-relevant holidays can dilute your brand voice and crowd out content tied to your actual goals.
Step 3: Features
In this final step, you can configure the engagement features managed by the AI Agent: social media, contests, and surveys. Your selections help ensure that every interactive experience matches your brand standards, and that members experience a steady, predictable rhythm of engagement rather than sporadic bursts of activity.
Social Media
Set your posting preferences, guardrails, and expectations for social media activity. You can schedule up to 2 posts per day, every day of the week.
Best practice:
- Posting twice per week
- Posting between Monday–Thursday
Why this cadence works: Consistency tends to outperform volume. A steady, predictable rhythm builds member trust and keeps your brand top of mind without overwhelming your audience or diluting engagement on any single post. Early-week posting also tends to align with when members are most likely to be planning appointments or checking in on rewards.
Contests
Define your contest guidelines and preferences so the AI can schedule engaging content that reflects your brand.
Best practice: We recommend hosting at least one contest per month to keep engagement high. Contests are one of the most effective tools for re-engaging lapsed members and creating shareable, memorable brand moments. Treat this as a recurring engagement lever, not a one-time event.
Surveys
Set your preferences for member surveys to gather insights and feedback.
Best practice: Just like contests, we suggest running at least one survey per month for meaningful engagement and continuous improvement. Surveys do double duty: they keep members actively engaged with your Hub, while also giving you direct insight into what's working, and what to adjust in your other Content Preferences over time.
Together, these three steps ensure your Hub Success ✨ AI Agent isn't just posting content, it's making the same strategic moves your team would make, consistently and at scale.
