Your Brand Profile helps your Hub Success ✨ AI Agent select Marketplace content that aligns perfectly with your organization's tone, aesthetic, and audience. Setting it up ensures that every piece of content delivered feels authentic, intentional, and true to your brand.
Why this matters: Think of your Brand Profile as the "personality file" your AI Agent references every time it creates or selects content on your behalf. Without it, your Agent has to guess. With it, your Agent can consistently make the same choices a member of your own team would make. A well-defined Brand Profile is the difference between generic content and content that feels like you.
If you've never sat down to formally define your brand before, don't worry, you likely already know more than you think. This article will walk you through both what to select and how to figure it out if you're starting from scratch.
You can create your Brand Profile in three easy steps. First navigate to Account>Brand.
Step 1: Primary Audience
Who is your content for?
Think about the individuals who regularly engage with your organization and platform content. Your selected audience groups help your Hub Success ✨ AI Agent schedule age-appropriate, relevant content for your members.
Not sure who your primary audience is? Ask yourself:
- Who walks through your door (or logs into your Hub or social platforms) most often?
- Who actually makes the appointments or purchasing decisions — the patient, or a parent/caregiver on their behalf?
- Are you speaking to the person receiving care, or the person managing that care?
If you serve multiple age groups but one clearly drives most of your engagement or revenue, prioritize that group first.
Choose 1–3 audience groups that best match your primary customers or users.
Step 2: Voice Tone & Brand Personality
How does your brand speak to your audience?
Consider the tone used in your organization's emails, social posts, website copy, and marketing materials. Are you warm and friendly? Professional and direct? Playful and energetic?
Your chosen tone guides the Hub Success ✨ AI Agent in selecting content that truly sounds like your brand, so members feel like they're hearing from a familiar, trusted voice rather than a generic template.
Not sure how to describe your voice? Try this:
- Pull up your last few social posts or newsletters. If a member read them without seeing your logo, would they still recognize it as you?
- Think about how your front desk team or providers actually talk to patients in person. Does your written content match that same energy?
- When in doubt, pick the traits that describe how you want to be perceived, not just how you've always sounded. Your Brand Profile can evolve as your brand does.
Select the option(s) that best reflect your brand's typical voice and personality.
Step 3: Visual Identity
How is your brand visually represented?
Think about your logo, colors, fonts, shapes, and overall aesthetic. These visual cues help the Hub Success ✨ AI Agent understand what type of content design will resonate with your members.
Not sure which style fits? Consider:
- Look at your logo and website. Do they feel more minimal and modern, or more traditional and established?
- Think about your physical space. Is your office bright and playful, or calm and refined?
- If you're torn between two styles, picture your ideal member opening a social post from you — which look would make them instantly think "that's exactly them"?
TIP: Hover over each visual identity to preview its associated content style.
Choose the visual style that best matches the aesthetic vibe of your brand. Note: this is just a sample of the type of content that you can expect.
Completing your Brand Profile ensures your content feels consistent, engaging, and aligned with your organization's identity, and gives your Hub Success ✨ AI Agent everything it needs to represent your brand as well as you would yourself. The more thoughtfully you complete each step, the more your Agent's content will feel like a natural extension of your team, not an outside voice speaking on your behalf.
