On the Campaign Communications page, you can review and customize the messages that are sent out to your Hub members during your campaigns.
These messages encourage member engagement, thank people for participating, and let your members and invitees know when their rewards have been fulfilled.
Start by selecting either Patient Communication or Invitee Communication.
Then open each section and click on the "Preview" button to review the message that will be sent.
With the exception of the Invitation to Refer message (which you already customized during the campaign creation process), each of these messages can be changed here by simply updating the text in the Message Header and Message Body fields.
Once you have made your changes, click "Save."
