We know how busy you are—wearing all the hats, juggling patients or customers, and keeping your team motivated. That’s why the Account section in your Hub is designed to take the stress out of billing and subscription management. It’s part of our promise to simplify your operations so you can focus more on the work that matters most: delivering exceptional experiences.

Account

To view your account information, click on the button that has your business logo and profile photo and select Account.

Once inside the Account area, you’ll find three tabs that keep your business details current and your brand consistent:

  • Business Information: Store your main contact details here. You can also manage multiple locations if your brand has more than one office.
  • Branding: Upload your logo and update your Hub’s colors to reflect your brand’s unique identity. First impressions count—this is where you control them.
  • Billing: Review and manage your subscription details, update your credit card, and access monthly invoices anytime. It's transparent and simple.

Billing

In this section you'll find:

  • Your monthly subscription invoices, and

  • Any redemption invoices fulfilled through the platform.

Click any invoice to view or print—it’s that simple. 

Member Redemptions/Orders

For redemptions, you may also navigate to Manage > Orders.

Looking for something specific? You can filter your invoices by month or tags to quickly find what you need.

  • Click on any individual receipt to view or print it.

  • Use the printer icon to print the entire page at once.

  • Need totals or want to crunch the numbers? Just click the download arrow to export everything to a .csv file—perfect for quick calculations or sharing with your accountant.
