Pro Tips
Always Have Contests Ready!
Use the Calendar View to ensure a steady lineup of fun contests is scheduled in your Hub.
Pair contests with social media posts and in-office promos to boost visibility and participation.
Common Questions:
Why can't patients play contests in the app?
If a patient is unable to access or participate in contests through the app, it is most likely related to their tag settings. Certain member tags restrict access to specific app features—including contests—based on the patient's current treatment status.
To check or update their access, navigate to the patient's profile and review their assigned tags. If the tag associated with their treatment status is limiting contest participation, you can adjust it once it is clinically appropriate to do so. If you are unsure which tag is causing the restriction, contact support for assistance.
Can I run a contest for only certain types of members?
Yes. When scheduling a contest, you can target it to specific member types. This means a contest can be visible and available only to the segments you choose, while remaining hidden from others (such as members in active treatment whose tag settings limit app features).
How man contests can I run at one time?
You may have up to 4 contests running simultaneously. Use the Calendar View under Contest Manager to plan ahead and keep a steady lineup scheduled so there's always something engaging available for your members.
What happens when a contest ends?
When a contest ends, it moves to the Needs Action tab, where you'll be prompted to select a winner and distribute the prize. Once a winner is chosen, points are automatically awarded and all participants are notified the following day—whether they won or not.
Do contests automatically post to social media?
If social media posting is enabled in your settings, contests are automatically announced on your connected platforms at 9:00 AM on the start date. You can manage this under Settings > Other Settings > Program Activities, where you can toggle auto-posting on or off per contest and choose which platforms receive announcements.
