Every Culturello business now has three Hubs:

Referrals are built on trust, and trust comes from everywhere. A member tells a friend. An employee mentions you to a neighbor. A partner business sends over a client. Before, those leads could slip through the cracks. Now every lead, from every source, has a pipeline ready to work.
You get a free, fully working lead pipeline for every Hub you don’t already own. No lead gets left behind just because it came in through a different door.
How It Works
- Capture leads from any source. Members, employees, and partners can refer through their own Hub.
- Work leads in the matching Hub. Each Hub has its own leads table. If a lead belongs to a Hub you don’t own, you’ll be taken to the free version to work it there.
- Track every stage. Move leads through your pipeline, from New to Contacted, Scheduled, and beyond, so you always know where things stand.
- Convert and celebrate. Once a lead converts, point rewards are fulfilled automatically for both the referrer and the new lead, even across Hubs.
- Upgrade when you’re ready. Upgrade a Hub to keep engaging the members you convert there, so a single referral grows into a loyal relationship that brings in even more.
Good to Know
- Each Hub shows its own leads. A single combined view of all three lead types is available when you own all three Hubs.
- Partners can be people or businesses. Use Individual Member for a single person, like a consultant, or Organization for a business with a team.
- Non-point prizes land in your Pending Rewards tab, ready for your team to hand out.
