Before placing a card order, please review our Terms and Conditions to understand how print quality, color accuracy, and production standards are managed through our print partners.

Terms & Conditions

Color Accuracy

  • We use a variety of print vendors which can yield color variations from the original order to reprinted orders.
  • Because of difference in equipment, processing, substrates, inks, and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between proofs and the complete job shall constitute acceptable delivery. 
  • There will be significant color differences between proofed artwork and final prints on clear or metallic stocks. This is simply a characteristic of printing on non-white or non-opaque surfaces. ‌We will not reprint for color or shade discrepancies within a reasonable margin. 
  • While we make every effort to accurately represent colors, variations may occur between on-screen previews and the final printed product due to monitor settings and device differences. Such variations are inherent to printing and do not constitute a defect.

Printing / Production 

  • Artwork must be approved prior to release of any files or production of any work. 
  • Once artwork is approved, Culturello will not accept responsibility or liability for any errors. 
  • There can be positioning variance on cutting and human-readable data. 
  • In circumstances where the customer provides artwork prepared by a third party, all material produced from that artwork shall be at the risk of the customer.
  • While we make every effort to accurately represent colors, variations may occur between on-screen previews and the final printed product due to monitor settings and device differences. Such variations are inherent to printing and do not constitute a defect.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party printers or suppliers, including but not limited to material shortages or production issues beyond our control.

Printing Errors 

  • A posted sample of the goods in question must be sent within 10 days for verification. 
  • If the error is a printing or finishing error, or an error made on part of Culturello, all steps will be taken to rectify the problem within a reasonable amount of time and any associated costs will be assumed by us. 
  • If the problem is a result of incorrect artwork on part of the client, responsibility for the reprinting and any associated costs will be assumed by the client. 
  • Culturello will not be held liable for any loss of earnings or any legal action taken as a result of a delay in production or delivery ‌

Title To Goods / Ownership Of Artwork 

  • Culturello is not responsible to verify customer supplied assets for any copyright infringements. 
  • Client does not have rights to use, modify or distribute any individual elements, ie; photos, illustrations etc. or to modify and resell this artwork. 
  • Culturello does not supply source files, development files, fonts or originals of illustrations or photographs and retains intellectual property rights over all files created. 
  • Stock photos purchased by Culturello are licensed to us only and cannot be transferred.
  • Culturello reserves the right to use any artwork in our portfolio or any other means of self-promotion. ‌
