Whether you're tracking team activity, member milestones, or referral performance, our Reports feature empowers you with the clarity to take action.

Accessing Your Reports

Navigate to the "Reports" tab at the top of your Hub. There, you’ll find a suite of powerful, purpose-built reports designed to help you uncover what’s driving engagement, rewards, and results. Just click on the report you’d like to view—no analytics degree required.

See the rhythm of your program. Track the total points awarded over a selected time period and visualize when engagement is peaking—or needs a nudge.

Get a snapshot of each member’s point balance. Perfect for understanding engagement at the individual level.

🏆 Staff Awarded Points

Recognize your internal champions. This report shows which team members are awarding points, helping you celebrate great culture-building.

📈 Referrals

Track which campaigns and advocates are driving new business. This is your pipeline for word-of-mouth growth and social proof in action.

🎁 Reward Item - Popularity

Learn what members love most. See which reward items are being chosen frequently and align future offers with real preferences.

💰 Reward Item - Points

Easily compare reward value and understand which items deliver the best perceived value for members.

🎉 Prizes - Popularity

Track the hits! Identify your most redeemed in-house prizes and see which ones keep members coming back for more.
