Managing Documents

The Documents page is where your patients can download anything your practice has uploaded to their page, i.e. program guide, dental certification, etc. 

 

To upload these documents, place your cursor over the “Manage” tab in the grey toolbar at the top of your screen. and click on “Documents” in the drop-down menu.  This will take you to the Documents Management page.

 




Upload Document

To upload your document, first type its name into the "File Description" field, and then click "Browse" to find the file you'd like to upload.

 

**Note** The File Description you provide on this page will be the description your patients see when they go to download their documents.

 

 

Once your file is successfully uploaded, you will see it appear in the list of documents below.

 

 

 

Delete Document

If you need to delete a document, simply click on the red "x" that appears at the far right of its row.

 

 
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to delete your file. Click "Yes" if you are certain.
 
 
Once the file has been deleted, a final pop-up will appear announcing the successful deletion.
