Managing Leads

Invite your team members to log into your Patient Rewards Hub as soon as possible so that they have an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Hub before you launch.

Self Registered. If a member has a rewards card that has been connected to their profile, they can use the number on the back of their rewards card to log into the app or on your microsite.

Referral Campaigns. If a member has received an emailed invitation to register (sent you or someone in your office), they can register by clicking the [Accept] button in the email.

Contact Form. If someone would like to become a member of your rewards program, they can self register by clicking the [I NEVER RECEIVED A NUMBER OR CODE] button on your microsite. Self registered accounts will stay in the Leads area of your Hub with limited account functionality until an Admin has converted them to a member. Standard & Seasonal Referral Campaigns

Members may receive points in their rewards account in three ways:

Integration. Some rewards, like welcome messages and birthday wishes, may be set up in your Hub to automatically award points.

Data Export/Import. Members can earn participation points in their rewards account for behaviors like logging into the app for the first time, leaving you a review, or participating in a contest or survey. Members can also earn points automatically by scanning QR codes created in your Hub.

Automatic Invitations. Team members in your practice (called Users in the Hub) can award points by visiting the members’ profile in your office portal and clicking the reward to award the points.

Tip: Members receive an automated notification at the end of each day points were added to their rewards account, so awarding points consistently is a great way to stay in touch between appointments.

Promotions of Events & Special Offers

Members can redeem their points for prizes like gift cards from national chains, and in-house prizes that may have been added to your Hub by your Admins.

Publishing Hub Reviews

my.patientrewardshub.com. Your Hub’s office portal can be accessed at my.patientrewardshub.com.

Username. If you are new to the Hub, you may have received your username and temporary password by email. If not, an ADMIN in your Hub can help you with login information. Different users have different roles and activity is tracked by user, so it’s important to use your own login information when using the Hub.

Password. You'll set your own password when you log into the User Hub for the first time. If you forget your password, and admin-level user can reset it for you.

Fulfilling Orders for In-House Prizes

Add Members. To add members individually into your Hub, click the [Add Member] tab near the top of your screen, above your logo. You may also choose the [Members] in the navigation bar at the top of your screen and then click the [+ Add New Member] button.

Find Members. To find existing member profiles, type a few letters of the member's name in the Search bar and click on the correct result. You may also search for members from the [Members] tab in the navigation bar at the top of your screen.

Tip: Use the filters in the [Members] tab to find members by tag or registration status.

Viewing Reports

Encouraging members to register their rewards accounts is one of the most important contributions you can make to the success of your rewards program. Without a registered account, members can't receive communication through the Hub, or earn participation rewards and some automatic rewards.

Connecting Rewards Cards. Click the [Connect Card] button and swipe the magnetic strip on the card through a card swiper, or type the rewards number. Members can use this rewards number to register in the Patient Rewards Hub app or on your Hub's microsite.

Emailing Invitations. Click the [Send Invite] button to email a personalized registration invitation to your member. Members who accept the emailed invitation can register in their desktop or mobile browser.
