Encourage members to refer their friends and family by scheduling a seasonal campaign. The Hub takes care of communicating your offer to members at the beginning of each campaign.
Here is a step-by-step guide for setting up your May seasonal campaign. Feel free to adjust the rewards and text – even the graphics – to fit the needs of your business.
Step 1: Set your Campaign's Name, Schedule, and Rewards

NOTE: If you have the Spring Bloom campaign running through mid-May, you may need to end that campaign early in order to schedule this campaign to begin May 1.
Patient reward: $50 donation to Direct Relief (adjust if needed)
Invitee reward: 50 points (adjust if needed)
Step 2: Load your Campaign Image
Download the Heroes_Make_A_Difference.jpg image at the bottom of this article
Choose EDIT IMAGE > UPLOAD YOUR OWN and select the image from your computer
Step 3: Create your Patient Share Page Message

Here's a way to make a difference while helping out your friends. Any time you share information about our office by clicking on one of the links below, we'll donate $5 to Disaster Relief – a charity that routes donated medicines and supplies to local healthcare providers in more than 140 countries, including the United States.
If your friend becomes the newest member of the [Practice Name] family, we'll make a Patient Reward✕ in your name, and add [Invitee Reward] to your friend's rewards account.

Step 4: Create the Message your Patient's Invitee will Receive

Step 5: Create your Invitee Signup Page Message

Ready to make a difference? Fill out the form below and we'll make a $5 donation to Direct Relief – AND an additional $50 donation if you decide to join our family, PLUS [Invitee Reward] in your new rewards account.
Step 6: Create the Invitee Confirmation Page Message

Good Idea: Review the Campaign Communications Settings
It's always a good idea to review your Communication setting before your referral campaign launches. To do so, simply click [Communication] and preview the Engagement and Participation Messages.
