Week 6 Hub Action Plan: Your Weekly Plan of Hub Activities During the COVID-19 Pandemic


Week 6's Hub Action Plan gives you the tools you need when you're able to see patients again. If your office isn't quite ready to reopen, bookmark this page so that you'll have the resources you need. 

While you prepare to resume appointments your patients will want to know what steps you're taking to keep them safe, so we've prepared an in-app message and social media posts to help. We've also created an in-office poster and attached it to the bottom of this article. 

Add a contest with inspiring quotes, new survey questions, additional ways to earn Hub points, and a new referral campaign and you've got an action plan for your Hub that will keep your patients engaged as you get back to work transforming their smiles again.

We're pleased to announce that we'll be resuming appointments very soon! We're looking forward to getting back to work on transforming your smile!

We will contact you in the next few days to schedule your next appointment.

In the meantime, here are some steps we're taking to keep you and our team safe when you visit our office:

  • Appointment times will be spread out further so there are fewer patients in the office at one time.  
  • Our waiting area is closed, so we ask that you stay in your car while you wait for your appointment, and that friends and family members remain in the car during your appointment. 
  • All patients and team members will be asked to wear face masks. You will be asked to use hand sanitizer when you arrive. Team members will continue proper hand washing and wearing gloves if their job requires that they come in contact with you.
  • Treatment areas will be thoroughly disinfected between each appointment according to guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
  • If you are not feeling well, stay home and our team will reschedule your appointment as soon as you're feeling better.

We will send follow up information to you and your parents about your appointments via in-app messaging through our Patient Rewards Hub app. If you don't currently have the app on your phone you can download it by visiting the App Store or Google Play Store. Parents may create their own rewards accounts and link their accounts to their child's account to receive appointment follow up messaging.

While logged into the app, be sure to check out all of the ways you can earn more points: playing contests, answering surveys, following us on social media, leaving us reviews, and referring your friends.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation while keeping yourself and those around you safe and healthy. We can't wait to see you again soon!
