Helping Members Register



To better assist your members, here is a quick overview of the steps that members will take when registering their account. For successful registration, members will need to know:

  • How to get to the Hub from your website
  • Their registration info

Registration Info

The member's rewards number is the 16 digit number on the back of their rewards card. On older rewards cards, it is labeled as "Username." They will choose a username and password during the registration process. 

If your business does not hand out rewards cards, be sure to give them their Temporary Registration Code. 

If a member no longer has access to their registration info, you can find it on their profile page in your Hub.


Registration Process

Registering a new account in the Hub is easy! Members start by navigating to the Hub from your website and clicking the Register button. 



If they have a rewards number or temporary registration code from the business, they can enter it in the field below. This is the standard method for registering.


Note: If they do not have a rewards number or temporary registration code, they can create a new profile with the business. These profiles show up in your Hub as Leads with a Self Registered Tag. You can reach out to them to find out how they would like to participate. Self Registered leads need to be converted to members and given a status tag before they can redeem points. Converting them just takes a second.


Members can sign up using their email address, Facebook account or Google account. If they are under 13 years old, they will need to register with a parent's email and choose a username to log in with.
