To edit a member's profile, navigate to their page, and click on the Profile tab.
Check their last login date to see if the member has registered yet or not. If they have not registered, it will indicate Not Registered in orange. If they have registered, it will display the last time they logged in.
If the member has not registered yet
If the member has not registered yet, you can edit their profile in two ways:
- Click Edit Profile and update their information. You will be able to do this as many times as you like until the member registers their account and enters their own information. Once the member enters their own information, you will be unable to edit it further.
- If your practice management system(PMS) is integrated with the Hub, you can update their profile information in your PMS. Any updates in your PMS should be reflected in the Hub within a few minutes.
Using these methods, you will be able to enter any information that the member has not provided themselves. Once the member enters their own information, though, you will be unable to edit it. This is to help ensure that your practice has the most accurate information in the Hub at all times.
If the member has already registered
During the registration process, the member verifies their name, date of birth, and their email (or parent's email if they are under 13).
The member is the primary source for their profile information, and when they make changes to it, they reflect in your Hub automatically. To edit any information that the member has not entered, you can go to More Actions and Edit Profile.
You will be able to edit any profile information that has not been updated by the member or provided by your patient management system. Fields that have been updated by the member will show "Info provided by the member" alert when you hover over it.
