Informing Your Members of Office Closure


If your office is looking for an easy way to notify its Hub Members that it will be temporarily closing due to the coronavirus pandemic, you can send them a message in Communication Manager.

Start by deciding which Hub members should receive your message.

Then, provide a subject, body, and graphic (optional) for your message. Feel free to use the examples below!

  • Subject: 
    • Our Office is Temporarily Closed due to COVID-19

  • Body:
    • Effective Monday March 16, 2020, our offices will temporarily close in response to the global coronavirus pandemic. We will remain closed through Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

      Our doctors and staff will continue to be available as needed for appointment rescheduling and emergency management. You may reach us by calling 555-555-5555 or emailing 

      Most importantly, we want to emphasize the importance of social distancing at this time. We all have a role to play in slowing the spread of the coronavirus and "flattening the curve." The spread of COVID-19 will be determined by our collective actions now, and we believe that by taking these extraordinary precautions, we can all make a difference in reducing the impact of this virus on our community.

      To protect your families and ours, we will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and follow local, state and federal guidelines. We are taking this day by day and will make updates and changes as needed.

      We look forward to returning to our regular schedule and seeing you all again soon.
