In-app messaging is a great way to quickly get information out to all of your members. Provided below is an example message regarding dental and/or orthodontic emergencies. Create, schedule, and save messages in Communication Manager. Subject: Update on COVID-19 Body: Do you know what qualifies as a dental and/or orthodontic emergency? Increase your use of Hub Contests to keep patients engaged since in office contests are limited, time is extended between visits, and your members have more free time than ever. We recommend scheduling the newest contest this week, and we'll continue to create more contests for you in the weeks to come! Title: Coronavirus Awareness Start Date: 3/23 End Date: 4/26 Winner Prize: 0 points Participation Prize: 2 points Override Winner Prize (in office prize): Instead of giving points to the winner, consider serving as an ambassador to your community by offering a gift card to a local business or restaurant. |
SURVEY |
Surveys can be used to inform, seek information, or entertain! We recommend that you publish at least one new survey each week and share the results with respondents to increase social interaction. Here's an example of a survey you can use. You can find even more in this article. Survey Question: What is a 20-second song you can sing to remind you how long to wash your hands?
