Your Hub’s Communication Manager gives you a way to quickly send email messages and in-app notifications to your members and team.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Social Media Manager in your Hub can help you post important messages simultaneously to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and the Hub. We’ve added graphics within the Content Library to make it easier for you to communicate with patients about the COVID-19 pandemic. Go to Social Media Manager > Content Library to check them out. Check back daily as more content will be added so your followers stay engaged even if they aren't in your office: virtual theme days, coloring pages, crafting ideas, recipes, and more!
CONTESTS & SURVEYS
You can keep your members engaged and playing with your business by ensuring you have published contests and surveys in your Hub. We recommend offering multiple short surveys and up to four contests at a time, and changing them out frequently (at least once every two weeks).
Contests are ready in your Hub and may be scheduled by visiting the Contests page. You may have up to four contests running at a time, and can target each contest to a specific group or set of groups if you like. Here's an article explaining how to launch contests in case you need help.
Surveys are easy to build by asking open-ended or multiple choice questions. You can have more than one survey published at the same time, and offer as many surveys as you’d like at one time. You may publish as many surveys as you like simultaneously.

DONATING TO CHARITIES WITH THE HUB
