Helping New Leads Access the Hub


Before a lead can log in they need to be converted to a member by clicking the Convert to Member button on the left. 


Click Confirm to finalize the change. (This cannot be undone!)


Once they’re converted, you can Connect Card and give them their membership card and rewards number. If they are going to register without a card they will need their Temporary Registration Code.


If they still need help logging in, they can recover their password by going to the member login page and clicking the “Forgot Password” button.
