Fantastic smiles and excellent service are what you give your patients. Now, with the Referral Manager, they can share those smiles and the practice that made them just as easily as sending a text.
With the Hub's new Refer-A-Friend feature, you can:
- Motivate your patients to refer their friends and family
- Engage new leads, and easily track who referred and who started
- Get a clear understanding of which campaigns worked best!
It only takes a few simple steps to inspire your existing patients to become your best advocates, so what are you waiting for? Let’s jump in!
Step 1: Set Up Your Refer-A-Friend Standard Campaign
To get to the Referrals page, hover over the “Manage” tab at the top of the screen then click on “Referral Manager.”
From here, click the “Setup Standard Campaign" button.
Step 2: Set Rewards for Patients and Invitees
When rewarding your patients for referring their friends, points are always a great option, but if your practice would like to offer something different, select the “Custom Reward” option instead.
Next, click on the “Invitee Reward” to choose how you would like to reward any new lead who signs up with your practice.
We recommend making this prize something that only referred leads can receive so that your patients can feel good about giving their friends and family an exclusive deal that can’t be found anywhere else.

Step 3: Review Messages for your Patients and Invitees
Now that your rewards are set up, scroll down to the Advanced Settings section. This is where you can review the visuals and messages that will be shown to patients and leads.
Here's a quick guide to each page's purpose:
- Patient Share Page
Gets patients excited about inviting their friends and family
- Patient Message to Invitee
Helps patients explain the offer to their invitees
- Invitee Signup Page
Welcomes invitees to your practice and captures their contact info
- Invitee Signup Confirmation Page
Confirms to the invitee that they have successfully signed up for the offer!
To start, open the “Patient Share Page” section.
We've already pre-loaded all the content, so all you need to do is click the "Preview Page" button in each section to see what each message or page will look like as soon as your campaign launches.
If you would like to adjust the image being used, open the Patient Share Page and select a professionally designed image from our Image Template library or upload your own by clicking the "Browse" button.
If you would like to customize the language in any of the messages, simply type new text inside the Headline and Message Body fields.
Click the "Save" button at the bottom once your changes are complete.
Step 4: Decide Who Can Participate
Now that your Refer-A-Friend campaign is live, there's just one more thing to do. Head over to the Access Control page by clicking on the Manage menu followed by Access Control.
Then, click and drag the user groups to either remove them or bring them into the Refer-A-Friend panel.
Any users in the groups added to the Refer A Friend panel will be able to participate in your referral campaigns.
Your new Refer-A-Friend campaign is now complete!
