Action Steps 🎬    

  • Go to the Reports tab at the top of your home screen

  • Review Points Timeline to monitor awarded and redeemed points over time

  • Use Reward Item Popularity & Prize Reports to track what members love most

  • Check Pending Points History to approve or reject miscellaneous awards

  • Run User Points Reports to identify members eligible for redemption and encourage engagement

  • Review Staff Awarded Points to track team participation and consistency

  • Open the Referrals Report to track shares, opens, and conversions by campaign
