Action Steps 🎬    

    •  Go to Manage > Rewards Menu to view and edit your current reward items and groups
    • Use groups and visibility settings to tailor rewards by audience (e.g. Kids Club, Teens, etc.)

    • Set a miscellaneous point limit for staff to streamline approvals and manage consistency

    • Visit the Pending Rewards tab to approve or void staff-awarded points that exceed the set limit

    • Review the automated rewards section to track all ways members are earning points
