Our latest Automation updates status tags for members automatically when points are awarded or QR codes are scanned, signaling the Hub of a status change.
Head over to your Rewards Menu to enact auto tag settings for manual rewards:
Update your QR code automations to activate the auto tag so scans automatically award points and change tags:
If a member profile has been inactive for awhile, you can now set up the the Auto-Tag No Activity Automation to change their status to Inactive, ensuring that your database is always up-to-date.
