Our new registration invitation automations significantly boost registration rates by automatically sending prompts to encourage customers to register a rewards account.

Invite at Point Award

Members who are not registered can receive an invitation to register when they have been awarded points by by a staff member. Here’s how it works:

• Automated Invitation: When a member earns points from staff, they will automatically receive an email inviting them to register.
• Registration Reminders: If a member does not register their account after receiving their invitation, they will receive automated reminder emails.

Invite at Activity Loop

Members who have not yet registered will receive an invitation to register their rewards account when they have been invited by a team member to an Activity Loop.

• Automated Registration Invite: When a staff member invites a member to join an Activity Loop, an automatic registration invitation will be sent out if a member is not yet registered.
• Seamless Start: Once the member registers, they can immediately start their Activity Loop and begin working towards their goals without any delays.
