Helping Patients Gift Points

When a patient reaches checkout but realizes they are short on points, another Rewards Hub User can gift them the amount they need. 

There are two things to remember in order for a patient to see this option:

  1. The gifting option only shows up at checkout
  2. The gifting option only shows up if the patient's shopping cart total exceeds their points balance

When those conditions are met, the patient should proceed with their checkout as usual, with the only difference being that they will select the option to "Add Additional Rewards Card" before clicking the "Checkout" button.

On the next screen, they will be prompted to supply the rewards card information of the second user who is gifting them points. Once that is provided, the requisite number of points will be transferred to fulfill the order!
