Reseting a Patient's Password

If a patient ever forgets or misplaces their password, both Admins and Staff can reset it using these simple steps: 

Navigate to the Patient's Profile

First, navigate to the patient's profile, then click on the"Patient Profile" tab, followed by the "Edit Profile" button.

On this page you can enter a new password in the "Password" field.
 
**Note** Your password must be at least 4 characters long, and should contain both letters and numbers. To make it easier for your patients to remember, try using their first name and the last four digits of their phone number. For example, this patient's password would be: jessica5555

Re-enter the new password in the "Confirm Password" field.

Click "Save."
 
 
You will see a green confirmation dialogue on the following screen.
