Navigating the MEMBER experience
In Patient Rewards Hub, your patients are MEMBERS of your rewards program, and can receive rewards and earn prizes.
Here’s a quick introduction to how Members will enjoy Patient Rewards Hub. Please let your Growth & Success Advisor know if you’d like a link to this video for your office.
Logging into Patient Rewards Hub as a MEMBER
Your members will access their accounts by using the Patient Rewards app, or by visiting your Hub’s microsite.
Rewards Card. If a member has a rewards card that has been connected to their profile, they can use the number on the back of their rewards card to log into the app or on your microsite.
Invitation by Email. If a member has received an emailed invitation to register (sent by you or someone in your office), they can register by clicking the [Accept] button in the email.
Patient Rewards App. Once registered, members can access their accounts in the Hubbux Rewards app, available in Apple and Google Play stores.
Hub Microsite. Registered team members may also log into their accounts by visiting your Hub's microsite. The URL can be found on your Hubbux Teams marketing collateral.
Members may receive points in their rewards account in three ways:
Automatically. Some rewards, like welcome messages and birthday wishes, may be set up in your Hub to automatically award points.
Participation Rewards. Members can earn participation points in their rewards account for behaviors like logging into the app for the first time, leaving you a review, or participating in a contest or survey. Members can also earn points automatically by scanning QR codes created in your Hub.
Awarded by a Hub User. Office team members can award points if they have been added as a User in your Hub. Points are awarded by visiting the members’ profile in your office portal and clicking the reward to award the points.
Members can redeem their points for prizes like gift cards from national chains, and in-house prizes that may have been added to your Hub by your admins.
Members simply navigate to the 🛒 where they'll find prizes available for redemption, each corresponding to a specific point value. Click on the button next to the desired prize to "Add to Cart" and check out.
